Can I order your gift items over the email ?
Yes, simply send us an email to zivbaron@netvision.net.il, leave your order information with your shipping address, item ID's requested, and a clear phone number to contact you. We will call you to confirm the order.
Shipping
Shipment of your order will be carried out by International EMS Door to Door or by standard international mail. There is no additional handling fee, or sales tax.
We will process your order immediately upon receipt so that you can receive and enjoy your merchandise as soon as possible. Orders received on Friday afternoon & Saturday will be processed first thing Sunday morning. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery, however, from our experience, actual delivery time is quicker.
Dvarim is committed to having your order arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of damage, a full refund will be provided for unused items returned to us in their original packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Although we gift wrap everything (free of charge), please let us know if gift wrapping is required so that we can pay extra attention to it.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction with our product line is not enough... we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!!
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, simply return it in its original condition and packaging and we will refund your money... no questions asked!
We certainly hope you will never need to return a product, but in the unlikely event that you do, the following is our current return policy:
If you do need to return an item, please send an email to zivbaron@netvision.net.il to request a return merchandise authorization. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your money (less shipping cost), within 3 to 10 days of receipt of the item.
*Although we do have a 'no questions asked' return policy, it would be greatly appreciated if you would volunteer an explanation for your return. We are constantly striving to improve our product line and your feedback would greatly assist us in better serving you and other customers in the future.
Payments
Online Payments are powered by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using credit card (without opening PayPal account).
You will receive an invoice. Simply click the PayPal icon and follow the instructions.
